Supervisor White feels that the current fee is too much for a Town as small as Halcott; and as such, the Town has paid the fee every other year. While Towns are not penalized for not being members, they would not have the Coalition to represent or negotiate for them should the need arise. The Coalition of Watershed Towns dues will double next year.
